1. We publish home-for-sale ads. We are not a real estate broker, agent, appraiser, lender or escrow holder. We do not negotiate, represent anyone, advise on price or hold money.
2. Upgrades are flat advertising fees. They are the same whether or not the home sells. We take no commission, no share of the price and no fee for leads.
3. Listings are written by owners and agents. Check every fact yourself, and get an inspection and professional advice before you buy.
4. We may remove any listing that breaks the posting rules or the law.
