Posting rules

1. List only homes for sale inside the service area. Owners list their own homes; licensed agents list homes they have the seller's permission to advertise.
2. Agents show their license number, license state and responsible broker on every listing. Owner listings are marked For sale by owner.
3. Describe the home, not who should live there. Words that state a preference about race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or other protected traits are not allowed. See Fair housing.
4. Use only photos you took or have the right to use. No listings copied from other sites or from an MLS.
5. Mark the home pending or sold when it is. Sold and withdrawn homes leave the site within 48 hours; every listing ends after 90 days unless listed again.
6. Never ask for wire transfers, gift cards or deposits through this site. We do not handle money between buyers and sellers.
